1st Whole 30 For the Wife and Me!

Just finished Day 1. When I have time, I'll outline the food choices but for now I just want to track how I feel/perform.


Due to my job and workout/training schedule, my physical demands are pretty high... I'm interested to see how I feel during these next 29 days. Day 1 down and I felt great all day. Seems too soon to actually feel changes so maybe it's a psychological thing, but hey... I don't feel worse so I'll take it.
