I'm planning on making bunless burgers and coleslaw this weekend, and I would like to see if I can make some steak sauce to dip the burger in. Docpeebs Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 I made a steak sauce with a bold coarse mustard (2 tablespoons) a teaspoon of balsamic, 2 tablespoons of V8 juice, an a half teaspoon of coriander and a half teaspoon of allspice and a teaspoon of garlic powder. I also added Crystal Pepper sauce, three or four good shakes if you like a little hot. The coriander and allspice give it more of a sweet taste. You can play with the proportions until you are happy.
