ScarlettDawn764
I was just wondering if there were any specific types of fruit that are taboo?
missmary
nope. It is recommended that you limit fruit to 1 or 2 servings per day, and to have those with meals, not as a snack, but the rules do not prohibit any fresh fruit varieties. Dried fruit free of sulphites and sugar/sweeteners is also allowed, but again, it is easy to overdo dried fruit, so use it with caution.
jgolds2
http://thepaleodiet.com/fruits-and-sugars/ this may help you choose though!!! I always make sure to have less of the more sugary fruits because this still is not helping me break my sugar craving habit!! Even fruit can satiate those cravings from the nautral sugars for me! Mangoes and bananas are actually highest in sugar! blackberries and rasberries are lower
APOCrunch
Good to know! I usually have a banana every day for breakfast, but I might try switching it up a bit now.
