Emandajmom
Can I use Spark in my water? It's made by Advocare and I usually drink it before/during a workout or during work.
Tina R
I know that whole30 feels you should get all your nutrients from food and not from supplements. I would check with the manufacturer about what "natural flavoring" is. Sometimes natural flavoring has soy, gluten, sugar, etc which would make in non compliant. I would have a pre workout and post workout meal instead. Search the Whole30 forum for athletes.

JJB
Spark is a flavored drink that includes maltodextrin and sucralose, and several are artificially flavored. This drink is not W30 compliant.
