lemu
I am starting my first Whole 30 tomorrow. I have a rash on my face along with adult acne and I hope that cleaning up what I eat will help to clear up my skin. I also look forward to having more energy to help me survive the rest of this long winter.

GFChris
Try to at least eat the low end of the recommended meal template within an hour of waking. That would be 1 palm of protein, 1 cup of veggies and a thumb-sized (or equivalent of appropriate fat). It's an important way to start your day.Another recommendation is to hold off having caffeine until after your meal 1, as caffeine can be an appetite suppressant. lemu
Thanks. I intend to try to get some breakfast tomorrow. It's difficult to cook in the morning.
GFChris
Thanks. I intend to try to get some breakfast tomorrow. It's difficult to cook in the morning. I agree, and I don't. I rotate through a handful of baked fritatta recipes that make 4-6 servings each. I cook once (usually in the afternoon), and then have breakfast for 4-6 days. It's a beautiful thing.
