I've been attempting to have a Paleo-based lifestyle for almost two months now, but I find myself relapsing too often.  I need to do this right, and it starts with the Whole 30 program  :) .  I'm mentally-prepared and even got a few people to do this with me.

We can and will do this March firsters! We will march through March munching on loads of veggies, fruits and clean proteins...ok who is having pizza before we start?..Actually just kidding..trying to gradually limit my grains and dairy before we start the day after tomorrow, so my body doesn't go into complete shock.

 

Best of will power to you all, because it actually has nothing to do with luck..it has to do with choices and what we really and truly want for ourselves and our health.

March 1st sounds like a good time for me to start my (second) whole 30 as well!

 

I did my first whole30 back in November and LOVED IT (Well after the first week lol). However, I failed in the reintroduction process and grains/dairy are in my life a little too much again... and sugar is my worse enemy once more. Sigh.

 

I have tried to start my second whole30 before, but I always have failed because I start the mental mind juggle: well if I only have ketchup and agave and keep the rest whole30 that can't be that bad. Sugar demon talking? I think so too.

 

Right now as I sit at this computer with a splitting headache and needing matchsticks for eyes despite having a good night's sleep I realize I need to do this. For my health.

 

SO LET'S DO THIS EVERYONE!

 

And help me out in the reintroduction phase, I tend to go haywire when I don't have any rules to follow :unsure:
