Babsie95 Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 Im on day 9 and doing well so far. I made a good supper for myself tonight and I think I ate too much. The problem is even thought I am stuffed I want to munch on whatever I can find. Why would eating too much make me want to snack.
