Well that went well - 18lbs (8.2kg) lost

So i weighed myself yesterday 30th day and discovered that the 10lbs i was hoping to lose was actually 18lbs. I wasn't too surprised as my body has changed a lot over the past 30 days.


The other good news is that i don't really feel like going back to drinking alcohol or eating some of the other stuff i used too. I want to maintain the control i have gained and carry on being as compliant as possible. It's really not that hard once you get into the groove.


One final thing is that i really didn't do a whole deal of exercise during the 30 days apart from walking and some time down at the beach, but now i've refound my flair for running and have started doing more regularly. This can only help my new healthy lifestyle.


To be fair i'm pretty proud of myself and that's what counts!
