Pregnant/Nursing Moms - can u share your typical day?

Hi I am on day 5... still seem to be hungry between meals but I feel like I am eating a lot at meal time.


Typical day:


bfast: 2 eggs scrambled in 1 tsp ghee with spinach/onions/1/4 c pureed pumpkin + small bowl of berries with coconut milk and cinnamon + coffee with coconut milk


snack: larabar if I am out... if home I grab some leftovers


lunch: big salad of kale, roasted swt potato, avocado, cucumber, tomato, with a few slices turkey or a turkey sausage (and sunshine dressing) + 1/2 apple with almond butter


snack: coffee with coconut milk and cacao powder, handful of cashews


dinner: pork chop or chicken breast or hamburger patty, lots of roasted veggieswith olive oil, green salad + a couple spoons of almond butter and tea with coconut milk


How much is typically a "thumb" of oil - 2 tablepoons? i have that at each meal, right?

Also think I should probably get rid of the almond butter... seems to be too close to my sugar fix I would need post meals... might just switch to a piece of fruit and tea.


What does your typical day look like?

M1: 3-4 eggs, chicken sausage, sautéed kale and mushrooms, sweet potato with almond butter or fruit

M2: 2 chicken breast (smallish ones) or 2 chicken burger patties or thai shrimp curry with 12oz veg--prepared differently throughout the week (Sometimes coconut oil or coconut milk for fat), fruit or sweet potato

M3: same as lunch

Snack: 2-3:chicken hot dogs or 2 hard boiled eggs plus raw carrots or tomatoes, fruit
