blakemg Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 So I see all the recipes call for coconut oil - but Im wondering why I can't just use olive oil if I am just sautéing veggies etc as I have always done? Mom2A&M Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 Olive oil isn't best for cooking because it isn't stable at high heat and oxidizes. It better to eat cold like salad dressings or mayo.
