Found an Italian sausage that contains Pork, Water, Sodium Lactate, Salt, Fennel, Spices, Paprika, Propylene Glycol, BHA, Propyl Gallate and Citric Acid. I know I'm supposed to avoid chemical additives and ingredients that I don't know what they are. When it comes to sausage, I'm at a loss. Do you think these are okay? Or should I pass? Personally, I would not touch crap like this unless I was starving to death. Buy some plain ground pork and add your own salt, cayenne pepper, and sage to create your own sausage.
