Found an Italian sausage that contains Pork, Water, Sodium Lactate, Salt, Fennel, Spices, Paprika, Propylene Glycol, BHA, Propyl Gallate and Citric Acid. I know I'm supposed to avoid chemical additives and ingredients that I don't know what they are. When it comes to sausage, I'm at a loss. Do you think these are okay? Or should I pass?
