Breakfast is my downfall and where I tend to lean heavily on paleo versions of "typical" baked breakfast ideas (muffins, pancakes, etc.). I don't have a lot of time to cook things in the morning (even when I COULD eat eggs, scrambling and cooking eggs were pushing it time-wise). I'm TRYING to shift my brain over to the fact that breakfast is just another meal, but it's tough. I'm also not really fond of sweet potatoes. I can halfway tolerate them, but just thinking about eating them for breakfast is making my nose wrinkle up LOL!Suggestions????? Not being able to tolerate eggs really makes breakfast difficult.
