kelsola
I just wrote about my experience from the Whole 30. Overall, very positive but it was very psychological for me. Once I learned to get past that, it got a lot easier for me! Thankful I did it. I am very proud of myself! http://shetalks.typepad.com/my-blog/2014/02/my-whole-30-recap.html

kelsola
Thank you! It really was a rollercoaster for me. I was very emotional most of the 30 days, but I did develop a strength by the end. It's definitely not an easy thing to do, but finishing it alone, was such an accomplishment for me. My husband even said, "I have never seen you have so much self-control." Now yesterday, my first cheat day...I totally went on a sugar-bender. I didn't feel too terrible, but SO GUILTY. I am officially back to the rules for the rest of the week...I just love how much healthier I feel. Although, I will add some rice to one or two meals a week, my coffee each morning then wine & sweets on saturdays....otherwise, I plan to get a little more bold in the kitchen and start transforming more recipes so they comply with my paleo lifestyle!
