debralb
Hello, I'm Debra and I was giving info about the Whole 30 because of my fibromyalgia. My husband and I thought it would be a positive and much needed change in our lives. He wants to loose weight and I want to ease my flares (loosing weight would be awesome too)! I'm not exactly sure when we will be starting as he's at work right now and I just read all about it so we are going to have to talk about it...I'm hoping this weekend. My concern I have is going thru the pantry and fridge and throwing out everything we can't be eating. Unfortunately that would be a lot of food. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Debra
AmyS
I did not throw away dry goods. I did put perishables into the freezer. Once I had more Whole30 eating under my belt I gradually gave away some of the food I had stored. I did throw out junk food because I knew if it was there I would eat it. runninglawyer88
I wouldn't throw packaged/unopened food away--I'd donate it to a food bank if you want to give up those foods indefinitely. If you plan to reintroduce them then you can ignore them if you think you're capable of it.
