tulipsinlondon
I'm on day 28 and feeling fine. But I did not follow the meal plan. Yes, I had three meals and I did snack (fruits) between lunch and dinner. I was mostly concerned with making sure that I followed the food guideline of what not to eat and what I can eat. I didn't pay attention to the actual meal planning, specifically vegetable with breakfast (not consistent) and snacking on fruit. Does this mean that I actually didn't do the Whole30? Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 2, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 2, 2014 There are benefits that come from eating enough to not need snacks between meals and eating vegetables at every meal, but you still did an honest to goodness, real Whole30.
