GFChris
It's hard to tell portion sizes of what you ate. Are you getting healthy fats in at every meal, for example? Be sure to follow the recommended meal template of 1-2 palm sized servings of protein, 1-3 cups of veggies and the appropriate amount of compliant fat per meal. Raw vegetables and nuts can cause digestive issues for some. Perhaps try eliminating those and having only cooked vegetables as part of all your meals, and see if that helps. Also be sure you're staying sufficiently hydrated. Aim for drinking water, in the amount of at least half your body weight in ounces, daily. Robin Strathdee
Strange thing: Skipping meals makes me bloated. Not sure what's going on with your system, but Chris' suggestions are great and I'd encourage you to give those a shot for awhile and see if that helps.
