Decided to give it a try in an effort to beat the chronic joint problems and skin issues that have plagued me this last year. Also as a gift to myself for turning 30 this summer. I'd like to enter my fourth decade in a healthy condition! Today's gone well so far and I'm feeling positive, but am apprehensive about what's coming. I've always been a comfort eater and sugar is like crack to me. So happy to see what a supportive community there is on here though, its so reassuring to read about other peoples experiences!
