A week in.

Hello everyone.

So Im a week into my first whole30.

Observations so far:

The first three days have been the hardest.

I have to make an effort to get enough calories.

It is funny to find new recipes and see if you can make them paleo.

It is possible to make delicious tasting food, and for me this is important. But it requires an effort. Watching videos of Gordon Ramsey can be inspiring :-)

There are no more big ups and downs energy-wise.

This isn´t more expensive than buying all sorts of processed foods... and junk.

To me cherries is like a bag of M&Ms, so no more of those...
