JD12377 Posted March 4, 2014 Share Posted March 4, 2014 Hey guys. I have been paleo since November. I have lost fifty pounds. I feel great. I have not lost a pound in a month. I have not incorporated gym time in as of yet on a daily basis. I have lost mostly with just diet. What can I do you step up my game? Start Up the weight loss again! Suggestions greatly appreciated.
