JD12377
Hey guys. I have been paleo since November. I have lost fifty pounds. I feel great. I have not lost a pound in a month. I have not incorporated gym time in as of yet on a daily basis. I have lost mostly with just diet. What can I do you step up my game? Start Up the weight loss again! Suggestions greatly appreciated. runninglawyer88
Workout consistently--3-4x a week is a great goal. What's your current height/weight? What is a typical day of eating like for you?
JD12377
5'9,242. Typical day is least three meals. Each meal has a protein, veggies and a healthy fat.. Sometimes not a healthy fat.
ninadude
JD12377, Great to hear of your awesome weight loss on paleo. I have to agree with the runninglawyer, gym time is your "step up". You don't need to do crazy running workouts. You could step things up by just walking. Also, resistive/weights will be an effective way to step it up. Wishing you the best in your journey! Fats aren't negotiable on the whole 30 so I'd really make sure you're adding those to each meal. Are you eating nuts, fruit, dried fruit, or starchy veggies? JD12377
I limit nuts and fruits. Define starchy veggies? I don't do corn, stuff like that. The fat i will get from olives or avocado at meals i eat that.. That's my eating fat. I always have a cooking fat with meals though. It's hard to find an eating fat allowed on paleo.
