Meal 1: my typical Kale, onion, sweet potato scramble with Well Fed's Mediterranean mayo sauce. Meal 2: brisket and spinach and blueberries. Meal 3: US Wellness meats sausage with raw veggies and Mediterranean sauce (yes, again) for dipping. nomnomnomnom. did a jog-a-thon after school for my workout. feels good, man.
