ksully Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I started doing Whole 30 this past Monday, so I'm on my 4th day. So far, so good! Haven't had any head aches yet and the food is delicious. Things I am feeling are a little more hungry, a little more tired, and a little gassy. Can't wait to see what's to come! Tonight I'm going to a concert...that will be tough. Not worried about alcohol, it's a Christian concert so there won't be much of that. But I am worried about being hungry. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
