Starting the Whole30 tomorrow!

Hi folks,

I've been eating Primal/Paleo for about four months now so I'm used to all of the restrictions, however, I just want to go that one step further because I've got somewhat of an addiction to fruit... I have Coeliac disease, I'm lactose intolerant and I've also been diagnosed with familial hypercholesterolaemia which is incredibly annoying for me.

I'm starting the Whole30 tomorrow (what better time to start than on the first day of a new month?) so I need to do some serious planning tonight. What does everyone eat for breakfast and lunch?
