You will have to read labels on beef stock in stores. Different regions have different ingredients even among national brands. Where I live, there are no commercial beef or chicken stocks that are Whole30 complaint. Some places, I hear that people find them at Whole Foods. I know for Whole30 we can use a little fruit, so I thought using dried fruit in place of the molasses would possibly work, since it does in other recipes. Guess I will have to just try.
