RGJax2014
I've been skittish about reintroducing anything not on Whole30 because it went so very, very well, and I'm afraid once off the restrictions, I'll cascade to eating everything in sight. Today, I cautiously put my toe in the water by adding some cheese to my mini frittatas. After I had two with my breakfast, my heart rate sped up, and I felt the way I used to when I ate way too much food in that past. Consulting Dr. Internet, there are some alarming things about dairy allergies and elevated heart rate. I don't think I have a dairy allergy. Is this normal for food reintroductions? Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 7, 2014 We typically hear of sinus congestion or a little stomach upset with reintroducing dairy. I have not heard of increased heart rate before.
