Post workout meatballs

1lb ground turkey breast

About 1lb grated sweet potato-I used the cheese grater for a finer shred than food processor

Seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, poultry seasoning and S&P

Formed into 20 meatballs and cooked in my mini muffins tin

375 for about 20 mins.

I was inspired to make something new since I overlooked my chicken breast last week and could barely eat them post W/O. These meatballs are super moist and portable. Enjoy!
