I ask because I'm not sure if it would be considered as part of the "exception of clarified butter or ghee," as outlined in the program. This stuff is expensive, and yep, I have a bottle to be used; I just want to be sure if I really need to take a break during the next 30 days. I'm doing the autoimmune protocol. So...
