Day 2 today Mar 11th

I am on day 2 of the Whole30 and I think I am doing alright but have been pretty sleepy and my muscles feel fatigued. I managed to go for a walk and hope to go for another later.


My mood isn't that great but I will keep going! Gotta get through this part!


I have been cooking and eating Paleo meals for maybe 2 months now BUT have such bad cravings for sugar that I would eat healthy meals but then go get something like ice cream to eat for the sugar cravings.


Any suggestions?? What helps those with really bad sugar cravings get through this??
