**Ann**
I don't really love roast beef in a crock pot. But, I've got the sudden urge to eat shredded pot roast on a lettuce wrap with a spicy creamy sauce (have a thing for creamy sauces) and I google recipes for paleo creamy horseradish sauce. Everything I find is using heavy cream or sour cream. I do want to reintro dairy (I'm day 28 today), but I am cooking this roast beef before I hit reintro. Anyone know of a compliant creamy horseradish type sauce/dressing I can put together? I'm still not terribly good at being able to build my own recipes, so I am open to ideas. namtrag
Wondering if coconut oil could be somehow turned into horseradish...hmm, maybe not.
jent103
Hooray for new endeavors! At my store it's in the refrigerated section over near the eggs. I just put some in till it's spicy enough for me. It would probably be good with some black pepper and maybe Dijon mustard mixed in too... hmm!
gardengirl
I LOVE Annie's organic horseradish mustard! I use it as a dip for pretty much anything!
