First timer, starting tomorrow!

I've had a few friends do this recently and I'm excited to get started! I'm a bit nervous with the inevitable increased fat intake, but figured my running & cycling would take care of that. Well, I broke my arm a week ago in a mountain bike race and am not allowed to start training again for 3 months. WOW! Things are frustrating - and cooking a bit challenging - but this will be a good test (and good to focus on something other than the fact I'm not playing on trails!)
