laurobnat Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 Hi I am planning to go whole 30 on 3/23/14. My husband will be doing this me - yea because I really didn't think he'd go for it. I am really curious to find out if any of the foods are affecting me in ways I never realized. I think the hardest for me will be dairy and wine! Quick question - I'm sure everyone is sick of can I have questions but plantains are ok right? Just checking as I am trying to get a recipe repertoire going so I have no excuses to fail. I will also be starting a kettlebell program at the same time and I am totally out of shape. Hopefully I am not being overly ambitious!
