Starting March 16

I am starting my first Whole 30 tomorrow Sunday, March 16.  I am a sugar/carb addict so a little nervous about the withdrawal or "carb flu" I know I get when I cut down on simple carbohydrates but also know I will feel better once it's over.  I get frequent headaches, rare migraines, some sports injuries that have never fully healed and lower abdominal pain I think is related to simple sugars.


Who's starting tomorrow or this weekend/Monday?


I'd love to have some folks to message with - I plan on sharing my journey so join in:)
