Whole30 in the Middle East! Starting 3/16

Today is the first day for my Whole30. Although I'm usually 80/20 paleo, since moving here I've become a lot less strict and can tell in the way I feel. Bread & rice & sweet treats are big among friends' families here too. After asking my roommates for support, they decided to join in on their modified version.

 

I do crossfit about 2-3 times a week as my schedule allows and am looking forward to noticeable gains.

 

Excited to be doing this with so many of you! And am reluctantly looking forward to overcoming the extra pressure of cultural expectations. God willing :D
