whole301
After 2 weeks of Whole30 and feeling WONDERFUL, I completely fell off the wagon. Not only did I drink some alcohol and have some peanut butter, but I went on one of the biggest binges I ever have to date including all the sugar and wheat you could imagine. All of the hard work and effort I put into this fell to nothing. I woke up looking twice the size I was the day before! This time around, I'm completely dedicated to making these LIFE changes. I spent my whole Sunday preparing myself for the week following http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2013/12/29/whole30-2014-week-1-meal-plan/ I'm excited to get back on the wagon and feel as good as I was before I quit. Be kind to yourself. This process is hard because it is changing everything you know about food and your habits. Also most people stop between day 10 - 12. Here is a link that may help. It sounds like you are taking some time to prepare to start again. You can do it! http://whole30.com/2014/01/do-you-really-want-to-quit/.
