Prep Day 1 Prepping for the August Whole 30 with some clean up of nutrition this week.

 

Wasn't prepared at work with an actual meal this morning (5:30am - 10am shift) but I did have pecans, hazelnuts and dried pineapple in my bag, so I snacked on that until I got home and finished off my hunger with 1 whole egg, 2 whites, red onion and some steak all scrambled together when I got home.

 

Aiming for 96 oz of water today.
