dogmom
Hi, I have been taking Probiotic CD, a controlled delivery probiotic. The other ingredients are vegetable cellulose, pectin, sodium carbonate (washing soda?), silica, vegetable stearic acid, guar gum, and tumeric. I'm not sure if all the ingredients are Whole 30 compliant.

dogmom
I am confused. I just noticed that the label states that it contains milk ingredients. Is it still compliant?
Robin Strathdee
Don't worry about too much seafood, just be purposeful to vary your protein sources throughout the week
leastofseeds
Hello! I am on Day 2 of Whole30 and haven't taken my normal probiotic yet because I wanted to double check on one ingredient: "cellulose." I am hoping to get a definitive answer on that ingredient. Is that ok to have cellulose on Whole30? Thank you!
dogmom
I think I saw that cellulose is an okay ingredient.
