mn6250
Just wondering if coconut water/ aka coconut juice is ok to use? Bought a carton at whole foods. Since it was coconut...thought it would be ok. But now in reading the label....it is zero fat and zero protein....and lots of carbs. So now thinking it's not a good thing to use. Need some advice/help from the experts out there.... Thnx.
missmary
coconut water is a lot like fruit juice--it's not something you should use as an everyday beverage. Having a little bit cut with a lot of water is ok (more as flavoring), and some people use it during endurance activities out in the heat....so if you were running a marathon or working as a landscaper, that sort of thing.
