whyte68 Posted March 18, 2014 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Finished my first whole 30 Jan 31st. Lost 14" and 8 lbs. I have continued to eat clean but have been drinking alcohol frequently. That crap is poison! makes me feel like absolute crap and bloats me up! It's fun during the moment but totally not worth it. So, here I go again! Hope to lose some more inches! I have to say the first whole 30 gave me incredible results! Never felt better and I was killing my crossfit WODS. Happy to be back! I just hope this time I'm not as tired! that was my only issue!
