I read It Starts With Food at the suggestion of my acupuncturist, and I knew after getting through the first few chapters that I wanted to give this a try. I have been struggling with a foot injury of a year and a half, and suspect that chronic inflammation is responsible for many of my flares. I also have IBS, so by doing the Whole30, I will be cutting out all of the foods that I already know have the potential to upset my stomach.
