BAKrafty1
March 20th Start... Thought choosing the first day of spring and then ending on Easter would be a good time for my first Whole 30 Challenge. Was afraid I'd have to go it alone...but several others have decided to make it their start day also. Great news to have others join me. My biggest hope is to beat my sugar demon into submission. Crackers and snacks with added sugars always leave me hungry for more. My biggest challenges will be missing my morning Greek yogurt with fruit, my go to lunch of cold roast turkey with gravy on a sourdough english muffin, and my coffee with real 1/2 & 1/2. All the subsitutes I've read about are attempting to replace the sugar portion of cream & sugar...I just like the creaminess of 1/2 & 1/2 and won't even substitute milk or cremora. Looking forward most of all to try new recipes with the foods I've grown to love over the past two years as I've adopted clean living for my eating habits. Here's to the Spring Fling!
