GFChris Posted March 21, 2014 Share Posted March 21, 2014 Whole vanilla beans.Some vanilla bean powder - but you need to check for alcohol or sugar/sweetener. Mark Posted March 21, 2014 Author Share Posted March 21, 2014 Agreed, but one thing that I think Whole30 could stand to improve is how to prepare people to live in the real world after their W30. IMO the guilt driven flow chart they provide for making after W30 food choices for example leaves much to be desired. We are having to come up with our own plan and basing that plan around things that may be W30 compliant or in some cases at least more healthy choices than we started with before W30.
