KRCMommy
Had some blood work done and it was decided that I needed to take Vitamin D supplements. I can't seem to find any that are Whole30 approved...any suggestions??? They all seem to have soybean oil, or oat bran, or something else non-compliant Thanks!!!! namtrag
If there are no compliant ones, I think you go with the doctor's orders and take it anyway. But I am not a whole30 guru!
