You can cook with a little juice to sweeten a dish, but don't drink it as your beverage. Drinking juice is not a Whole30-compliant thing to do.

The sparkling waters are okay as long as there are no added sweeteners.

I'm so glad I opened this thread! I too had a deep deep fear that my "naturally flavored" soda water (not sweetened) would have to be kicked to the curb. Tom, you made my day. YAY!!!!! A toast of fizzy water for all!
