InslerS
So I'm currently on Day 27 of my first Whole30. Definitely tough at times, but I'm sticking to it. I have been recently thinking of starting my re-intro early as I am going on vacation the day after I'm supposed to complete Whole30 and will be staying with family that is DEFINITELY not Whole30 compliant. I was thinking of re-introducing some of the types of foods I know will be served while away (definitely legumes and grains) before I'm actually on the plane. Any thoughts? Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 30, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 30, 2014 If you reintroduce early, you will have never completed a Whole30. This is a 30 day program, not 27, 28, or 29. Finish 30 days and then deal with eating foods you were accustomed to eating just 30 days ago.
InslerS
I appreciate the feedback Tom. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask since I know re-introduction is a big part of completing a Whole30. I ended up deciding to finish out the Whole30 and then try my best to re-introduce while on vacation. We'll see how it goes....
