My pledge for today

I am a month post whole30 and for a number of reasons I am miles off track. I feel awful, bloated, exausted. I know I should do another whole30 but am not even close enough to being emotionally strong enough to handle it. So my pledge for today is I will only eat foods that contribute positively to my overall wellbeing. I will worry about tomorrow when it gets here.

Great pledge! I love the positivity, instead of "I won't eat..."

 

I'm 2 weeks off W30 and have been out of control for the past 3 days - chocolate-coated licquorice, hot cross buns, a muffin, and fried ice-cream! Crazy. Sugar dragon ahoy. 

 

Starting W30 again with a girlfriend tomorrow, I need to consolidate.
