Kage Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 I am a month post whole30 and for a number of reasons I am miles off track. I feel awful, bloated, exausted. I know I should do another whole30 but am not even close enough to being emotionally strong enough to handle it. So my pledge for today is I will only eat foods that contribute positively to my overall wellbeing. I will worry about tomorrow when it gets here. I'm 2 weeks off W30 and have been out of control for the past 3 days - chocolate-coated licquorice, hot cross buns, a muffin, and fried ice-cream! Crazy. Sugar dragon ahoy.
