I don't think I can eat more at breakfast than I am already eating. Do I need to include extra food (besides a Post-WO snack) in this situation? ACatCoop Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 I'd like to tag onto this and ask a question. If breakfast is a pre-WO meal, should it follow pre-WO guidelines of protein and fat only? I like to add in leftover veg from dinner, a handful of blueberries and sweet potato hash with my eggs and avocado. This has been working well for me, but I'm afraid I might be doing it wrong.
