KDUB'S Whole 30 Round TWO!

I finished Whole30 and am taking on another 30.


To recap round 1:

weight lost was 17 lbs.

I didn't take measurements

am sleeping better

have less joint pain,

have more energy

did light exercise throughout the month

was compliant without exception,


Plan for the next 30 days:

Continue with absolute compliance

simultaneously do the 30 day Kettlebell Fat Burner Challenge

get more walking in for leg fitness
