Badwolf
So I had a relapse. I was SO frustrated with not getting the results I'd gotten in the past, that it was as if something else took over and I'd forgotten all the amazing results I did experience. I went straight for a buncha junk food and ate everything in sight! I feel awful. I feel like I've gained 20 pounds. I didn't sleep enough last night or the night before, my joints hurt, and I'm incredibly inflamed (my fingers didn't even bend properly when I woke up this morning). I was quick to get angry today and snapped a couple times. I just want to get back to where I was. My mom and I have been talking about doing a Whole14, so I thought I'd just go with that to get myself back on track. And if I get to Day 14 and I'm still not where I want to be, I'm going to continue and work on stress reduction techniques and look at some other lifestyle changes. Brittany Long
I think that it's awesome you realized how the junk food made you feel and doing a whole14 sounds great! I am on day 7 of my first whole30 and still going through the tired phase but I have noticed a difference. I find that when I am stressed, I want to eat something that will comfort me. I am looking for something else that will help me feel less stressed. Breathing exercises work sometimes!Good luck to you!

(; Congrats on making it to day 7! Good luck with the rest of your Whole30!!
