OrganicMom
I'm wondering if there is rhyme and reason to the introduction schedule or whether it matters what one introduces on what day besides spacing them 3 days apart? For example, would it make much difference if we introduced legumes, then dairy then non gluten grains and then gluten? Second question - does anyone have any ideas on what to introduce for legumes? Side dish recipes would be great.... can't think of any that's not a main course that would have leftovers for us... and I don't want leftovers. Moderators Tom Denham Posted April 3, 2014 Moderators Share Posted April 3, 2014 You can reintroduce in any order you like. There is no hidden purpose to the sample plan. You could use canned black beans or pinto beans to test legumes. Or go to Five Guys Hamburgers and eat a bunch of roasted peanuts.
GFChris
For legumes, I tested hummus (chickpeas), a Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar, and Pacific organic refried black beans.
