I'm a serious carb addict and I mean serio What do you find to be the hardest part? Or the easiest? What are your tips/tricks/advice? momof2osaurus Posted April 4, 2014 Share Posted April 4, 2014 Hello! Good luck to you! For me, the easiest part is not having to worry about weighing/tracking food. I HATE doing that, so it's awesome I don't have to. The hardest part has been kind of a surprise - managing my emotions. Turns out I've been using food to manage them for a long looooong time and I'm not especially skilled in managing them any other way. I'm figuring it out though!
