Hello! April 10 start.

Oh boy. I've decided I need to get my food/eating situation in check! Starting on the 10th, and looking forward to it - kind of. I'm a serious carb addict and I mean serio What do you find to be the hardest part? Or the easiest? What are your tips/tricks/advice?

For me, the easiest part is not having to worry about weighing/tracking food. I HATE doing that, so it's awesome I don't have to.

The hardest part has been kind of a surprise - managing my emotions. Turns out I've been using food to manage them for a long looooong time and I'm not especially skilled in managing them any other way. I'm figuring it out though!
