Whole30 doesn't require you to have starchy carbs at your meals. However, Whole30 is not intended to be low carb.  As a result, we frequently recommend including starchy carbs regularly in your meals' vegetable rotation. Use things like sweet potatoes, winter squash, carrots, beets, jicama, plantains, rutabaga and parsnips.
